Job Summary

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions.
• Develop treatment plans, perform interventions to improve patient well-being, and evaluate progress.
• Ensure compliance with physical therapy principles, standards, and applications.
• Maintain regular attendance during scheduled business hours or shifts.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current and valid state Physical Therapist licensure.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of one year of related experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• One year of ultrasound experience.
• ACLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
