Provide clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment, progressing treatment as needed, and managing a patient load that meets productivity standards.
Evaluate patients accurately, plan appropriate treatments, set and meet functional goals, and revise treatment programs as goals are achieved.
Provide education and instruction to patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including treatment records and daily patient charges.
Participate in continuing education, departmental in-services, and stay updated on technical advances.
Follow care path guidelines for patient education and home programs.
Assist with daily operations, scheduling, prioritizing work assignments, and delegating tasks to support personnel as appropriate.
Support training of new employees, volunteers, and students as requested.
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy.
0-6 months of related experience.

Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Basic computer knowledge for data input and reporting.
Strong reasoning ability and adaptability.
Additional Information
This job involves non-routine procedures under changing conditions, following general instructions from a supervisor.
Works directly with patients, internal and external customers, and other healthcare professionals.
Attendance at 90% of scheduled in-services and departmental meetings is required.
