Required: RNs must have one year of inpatient experience minimum in the related department with the trauma level shown below
Required: One year of travel experience is preferred but will consider six months’ travel

Job Summary:
- Provide nursing care in a hospital setting for patients with varying health conditions, from simple to complex.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage care for an assigned group of patients.
- Document patient responses to treatments and note changes in physician orders.
- Assist physicians during patient examinations and minor procedures.
- Monitor and obtain physiological data, intervening as necessary.
- Administer medications, regulate IV infusions, and monitor blood products.
- Deliver competent patient care and interact with patients and families to share care plans and discharge procedures.
- Provide information on hospital procedures to patients and families.
- Refer patient care needs to appropriate personnel and delegate tasks to support staff.
General Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to organize, plan, and evaluate nursing services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to respond to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or higher) from a board-approved program.
Required Education:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
