Mon-Fri Primarily Day hours with PM/Holiday/Weekend on call shifts
Job Summary:
- Provide imaging services to adolescents and adults in Radiology and Operating Room settings.
- Produce high-quality images meeting Mayo Clinic Radiology standards.
- Operate a variety of equipment and technology with competence.
- Adhere to safety guidelines for patients, support personnel, and self.
- Foster teamwork through effective communication.
- Maintain flexibility to work in various locations, shifts, and respond to on-call pager, including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program or registry-eligible with certification obtained before employment start date.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T.(R) (ARRT).
- ARRT registration in Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI) within 18 months of start date.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a sterile environment and aseptic technique.
- Associate degree.
- ARRT VI certification preferred by the manager.
Additional Information:
- Ability to work varied hours and shift lengths.
- On-call responsibilities may include holidays and weekends.
