Job Summary: The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing support to patients, members, and providers by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and triaging calls as necessary. They may also conduct pre-certifications to ensure coverage for medical care. Utilizing data and technology, they act as a liaison to deliver a high-value, personalized experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Additional Information:

  • Pay range: $21.00 - $29.00 hourly.
  • Compensation may include benefits such as stipends (for clinical traveler roles), medical, dental, vision, 401K, and other applicable incentives.
