Job Summary

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.
• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
• Identify patient needs and prioritize care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.
• Document care according to standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
• Advocate for evidence-based practices and support innovations in care delivery.
• Provide patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practice models.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a related specialty.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (AHA).
• New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
