Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care.
Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
Communicate pertinent patient and family information effectively to the healthcare team.
Identify and implement solutions for variances from patient goals.
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to develop effective nursing care plans.
Ability to perform a wide range of professional nursing services.
Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare personnel.
