We are seeking a Certified Medical Coder with expertise in outpatient and emergency department (ED) coding for an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, ICD-9-CM, CPT-4, and Encoder software. Knowledge of coding guidelines, payer and federal billing regulations, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes is essential. The role requires the ability to research coding-related issues, provide coder training, and utilize 3M/HDS coding applications effectively.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour (subject to variation based on supplier benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K, commissions, or bonuses).
