Job Summary:
- Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
- Monitor patient care performance, assess units with nurse managers, and assist with corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain a record-keeping system for medication errors and counseling.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
Preferred Education:
- Master's degree in Nursing.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- RN License.
- Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
- BLS certification.
Required Experience:
- Seven (7) years of experience, including five (5) years in a supervisory role.
