Perform radiographic procedures to obtain diagnostic results as per physician specifications.
Transfer patients for examinations and assist with the X-ray process.
Operate X-ray imaging and related equipment appropriately.
Educate, position, and immobilize patients for X-ray procedures.
Ensure timeliness, quality, and continuity of patient care during X-ray examinations.
Submit required images and clinical information to the Radiologist for interpretation.
Evaluate image quality and maintain open communication with patients, coworkers, Radiologists, and leadership.
Follow sterile techniques and infection prevention policies.
Administer contrast as per Radiologist protocol and adhere to radiation safety measures (ALARA).
Supervise and evaluate Student Radiographers in clinical settings.
Required Qualifications

Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn relevant applications.
Required Certifications & Licensure
Registration with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
CT certification.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
