Description:

Evaluates and treats patients of all ages, modifying care plans as needed.
Serves as a role model and clinical resource for staff and students.
Performs patient transfers safely, using proper body mechanics.
Designs and adjusts care plans based on patient response and evidence.
Educates patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers using effective teaching methods.
Conducts examinations and determines physical therapy diagnoses and outcomes.
Documents care in compliance with Clinical Process Policy (CTSCP67).
Supervises and provides feedback to support personnel, ensuring legal and ethical standards are met.
Collaborates with patients, families, and medical teams throughout the rehabilitation process.
Utilizes standardized outcome measures to reflect functional performance accurately.
Communicates patient progress, status changes, and discharge recommendations effectively.
